Your Lactation Consultation Includes:

  • Collecting a health history

  • Physical assessment

  • Feeding evaluation

  • Customized plan

  • Detailed summary sent to you after the visit

  • Report sent to your health care providers

  • A short follow up phone call

*Telehealth consults may not be able to provide a complete assessment or evaluation for your feeding situation.

In-Home Consultation

Our sessions are tailored to meet your unique needs and include detailed notes for your provider, along with a brief follow-up/ check-in within a few days. Please call to schedule your in-home consultation. (In-home consultations may be covered by The Lactation Network.)

 

Initial In-Home Visit: $200

Visits are typically 60-90 minutes. Twins/multiples need longer appointment times, usually two hours and are $250.

Follow Up In-Home Visit: $150

Visits are typically 60-90 minutes. Twins/multiples need longer appointment times, usually two hours and are $200.

 

Travel Fees: (not covered by insurance)​

  • Within 14 mile radius of my office (no charge)

  • 15 to 24 miles ($25)

  • 25 to 34 miles ($50)

Milk Minutes Phone Call

For established clients, a phone call may be all you need to get questions answered or discuss feeding issues that do not require a physical exam or weight check. Please note, with these calls summary notes are not provided to you or your health care provider. (Not covered by The Lactation Network.)

Service Fee: $50/30 minutes
